Suitability
Women ONLY Retreat - This retreat has been designed and tailored to women only. It is suitable for all levels from complete beginners to experienced yogis. There is a minimum age of 18.

There is no accommodation included within the retreat. However, if you would like to extend your day to include an overnight stay, there are options available. Contact us for details.

Energising Hatha Yoga;

Indulge in a soothing yet invigorating Hatha yoga session that uplifts you from within, promotes flexibility, and engages your joints and muscles.

Guided Meditation;

Embark on a guided meditation centred on nurturing your inner well-being, provoking thoughtful reflection, and inspiring you on your wellness journey.

Herbal Tea Break; 

Embrace serenity with a quick herbal tea break – a moment of calm hydration to elevate your senses and refresh your spirit.

Special Presentation by Deborah Peirson; Energy Therapist, Advocate of Love, Intuitive Practitioner, and Soul-Self Empowerment Coach! Deborah will generously share her wealth of knowledge and toolkit, providing you with valuable takeaways to enhance your well-being.

Lunch! Treat your taste buds to a sumptuous experience as you indulge in a delightful array of delicious and wholesome vegetarian/vegan dishes. Carefully curated incorporating ingredients that contribute to the nourishment and well-being of your gut.

Paddle Boarding; This leisurely experience invites you to unwind and connect with the tranquil sun kissed sea. Surrender to the soothing symphony of nature, allowing the sea's gentle whispers to carry you into a state of pure relaxation.

Herbal Tea Break; Savour a moment of tranquillity with our thoughtfully chosen herbal tea selection. Allow this carefully curated blend to grace your senses, guiding you in a soothing wind-down experience that nurtures both body and mind.

Sound Bath with Kelly Day;

Allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments while you are taken on a healing journey.

17:00pm - 17:30pm 

As we gently approach the end of our retreat, we will share a reflective moment as a group. To add a touch of tenderness to your departure, you'll be gifted a soothing wellness kit to carry with you. Let this gentle offering be a whisper of encouragement for the continued embrace of your wellness journey.
