Empowering Tweens through Yoga
8-12 Years Olds

Our program is specifically tailored to support children transitioning from childhood to adolescence, providing them with the fundamental life skills necessary to succeed in life.

Our curriculum emphasises theme-based classes that incorporate activities that cater to the age group and school curriculum. These classes provide a perfect balance of enjoyable and interactive activities, challenging poses, educational themes, games, and a sense of tranquility. Our classes are structured to enhance the physical and psychological well-being of tweens.

Our personalised classes integrate yoga, mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and visualisation, with a focus on improving academic performance. This approach has proven successful in several schools, where yoga complements SATS preparation and equips students with skills to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing their memory retention, self-esteem, flexibility, and overall health.
