Mindful Movement: Yoga & Mindfulness for teenagers
13-18 Years Olds
Our Mindful Movement programme aims to introduce teenagers to the principles of yoga and mindfulness to foster their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It's designed as an extracurricular activity within the school curriculum, offering sessions that combine yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices.

Program Goals:

-
Physical Wellness: Enhance flexibility, strength, and overall physical health through yoga postures and exercises.
-
Mental Health: Equip students with techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and improve mental clarity.
-
Emotional Regulation: Cultivate self-awareness, empathy, and emotional resilience through mindfulness practices.
-
Social Connection: Foster a supportive and inclusive community among participating students.

The programme aims to equip teenagers with invaluable tools for self-care and personal growth, fostering a positive and nurturing environment within the school community.
This program not only prioritises their well-being but also empowers them to navigate the challenges of adolescence more effectively, leading to happier, healthier, and more resilient individuals.
