Our mission is to bring the advantages of low-impact exercise and mindfulness techniques beyond the mat and into your everyday routine. Plus, you'll do it all in the company of a welcoming community, complete with yummy snacks and cozy drinks at the end of each session.

Teachers are enhanced DBS checked, safeguarding & first aid trained.
