Private yoga sessions are your ticket to wellness bliss. These sessions take a bespoke approach to your yoga journey. We start by assessing where you're at in mind, body, and spirit, and then craft a personalised practice to fit your unique needs and goals. Whether you're looking to boost self-awareness, deepen your practice, or find your inner zen off the mat, we've got you covered.

And the best part? You don't even need to leave your happy place! You can enjoy the luxury of private yoga in the comfort of your own home! If you want to get out of that space however, you can attend our private cozy studio.

Teachers are enhanced DBS checked, safeguarding & first aid trained.
